Parker

Parker was a fintech startup focused on empowering small businesses with comprehensive financial management tools.

We built three integrated SaaS products: a Digital Wallet for seamless transactions, a Digital Banking Platform for core financial services, and an Analytics Platform for data-driven insights.

I led the design and development of the Analytics Platform, architecting data visualization components and reporting systems that transformed complex financial data into actionable business intelligence for our users.

This included a real time PNL dashboard that integrated with our Digital Banking Platform, Ad Platforms as well as Shopify and Amazon to give our customers real time data on their sales and expenses. We developed dashboards that track and consolidate real time performance metrics for our customers such as LTV, CAC, LTV/CAC ratio, and more.

My approach centered on building a comprehensive library of modular, reusable visualization primitives. These foundational components could be composed together to create sophisticated dashboards and reporting interfaces, enabling rapid development of custom analytics experiences tailored to each business's unique needs. These primitives were used throughout the company enabling a rapid development cycle and reducing the time to market for reliable and beautiful new features.

During our rebranding process, we collaborated with an agency who created compelling visual assets, including a distinctive marble motif. To enhance our marketing site, I took the initiative to recreate this key brand element in WebGL. This allowed us to dynamically integrate the marble design across various product contexts, significantly elevating our visual storytelling and brand presentation.
